P3D Volunteers Needed in Richmond

Would you like to volunteer?

If you are a member of SSA (Stereoscopic Society of America) and will be in
Richmond for the NSA convention,  I am writing this to ask for your help.
If you are not a member yet but would like to become one so you too can
volunteer, please drop me a line.

You may know that each year at the convention, the Stereoscopic Society of
America, has an information table at the trade fair which is staffed by SSA
members. During past years we have asked volunteers during the traditional
SSA dinner to help with staffing the table. Because this year our
traditional SSA dinner will be on Sunday, August 9th at 7:00 pm, after the
trade fair closes, we need to secure volunteers prior to that event.

We need volunteers for chunks of time of at least one hour during Saturday,
August 8th from 9 to 5 and Sunday, August 9th from 10 to 4. 

Please respond to me by email if you are willing to volunteer for this
important task
with a preferred time slot of at least one hour either Saturday or Sunday
or both.

Volunteers will be asked to staff the SSA table, respond to questions from
guests about the society, give away membership applications and brochures
and be good ambassadors for the Society.

If you can't decide yet what is the best time for you to volunteer, leave a
note addressed to me at the registration desk of the convention, stating
your name, time preference and room number so I can get in touch with you. 

While you email me back or leave your note for me in Richmond, you may
include in it any update that you feel needs to be corrected in the SSA
master list which I maintain.
