  There is a film on the market -- Agfa's Scala -- which IS a b&w reversal
slide film.  I've heard the results are excellent and should be sensational
for b&w 3d slide pairs.  It must be sent to a special lab for processing.
 Samy's Camera, for one, has this film in stock, as well as lab instructions.
(Possibly B&H camera as well.)
