P3D Web page construction

Thanks to all for the immediate feedback on yesterday's scans.  It is
obvious that I have a lot to learn.  Is there an established "template"
for size and image quality--a user's guide of sorts--for flatbed scanning
and photoshop?  A step by step, this is the settings to use guide would be
of great help.  thanks again for the feedback and I'll be rescanning and
reorganizing over the next few weeks!
