This brings up a question I've pondered from time to time. With
"everything" often talked about from the inexperienced-person viewpoint,
what could have been done differently for the Red-button viewer or the
Realist camera for the experienced user?

I don't mean "make it digital". I don't mean what would we do
now that we have new technology to apply. What I mean is, what
would/should/could the David White company (or Kodak on their
versions) have done for a non-amateur advanced version back then?

Or is the red-button the advanced version that is being abused
by the innocent? Or is the red-button a simplified version of an
advanced lab-prototype that wasn't produced?

Just curious.
