To have Kodak process and mount your stereo slides (from any 5 perf
"Realist format" camera), all you have to do is send it to the Fair Lawn
NJ lab and write "Stereo Mounting" in the special instructions box (and
on the film canister is a good idea too). They charge their basic rate
(or a prepaid slide mailer) plus $4.20. If you have another lab, such as
you local discount store's photo dept., send them to Kodak then they
might not charge you the extra $4.20. (That works for me in Minnesota
only if I can convince the local Target store folks to send it to NJ
rather than to Minneapolis. It worked a few times, then I finally gave
up. The Minneapolis people are convinced that the service is not offered
in NJ and I cannot convince them otherwise. At your location, they
probably use the NJ lab anyway so you might do better). I buy the PK-36
mailers from B & H in NYC for $4.29 each plus postage. (I buy Fuji
Sensia 100 slide film from them also for #3.19 per 36 exposure roll, I
believe.) It usually takes 2-3 weeks to get the slides back from Kodak.
Either Kodacolor or any E-6 film is fine.

Good luck, and have fun getting your old camera out again! -Linda
