P3D Invitation to join APEC

Dan Shelley invited me to join APEC.  Dan, I think I better decline until
I catch up a little on my printing, although I do appreciate the
invitation.  Several of us talked a little at the Richmond NSA Convention
about a possible BW section in APEC, with possibly fewer exchanges than
is now taking place.   But it is a long ways from being a "done deal"
