P3D stereo to vectograph?

I was doing some reading on the history of photography (for my class of
the same name) and came across an interesting footnote.  It seems that in
the 1860s, a set of stereos were made of an Iowa town creating a panorama
of stereo images.  My question, could these be converted to vectograph or
anaglyph, then lined up side by side, to produce a true stereo panorama?
