P3D Lab goof up

Ron, I can relate to your story.
(quote below)

After 25+ years of no stereo photos, I dug out my TDC Vivid and shot
a roll of film just to get started again. Took the film to Sams Club (good
pricing). Checked the little box that said "Slides" Wrote on the special
instruction box "3-D slides. Do *NOT* cut. Do *NOT* mount."

Weeks went by with no returned product, the management had ME
phone the lab from the store. Many minutes later I was told "Sorry, but
we processed you film for prints." The best we could determine was that
the "3-D" caused them to believe it was from the newer 3-D camera and
must be PRINTS!

Still better than K-Mart though. Several year back I took in 6 rolls at
once and
received back 6 rolls of negatives which had been unexposed. I have taken
a considerable number of pictures since my first camera in 1966. These
6 rolls had been taken with 3 different cameras. K-Mart personnel still
insisted I had delivered unexposed film. Received no apology, no
replacement film, nothing. At least the lab for Sams did admit their
mistake,
offered to print the roll, gave me free film, coupons for future developing,
and special envelopes for next mailings.
