Re/ all the reports of mishaps at commercial processing labs ...

This is one reason why I'm anxious for HIGH quality digital photography to
become affordable.  No processing, no mounting ... Some clever soul will
undoubtedly write a Photoshop plug-in for allowing you to play with the
stereo window of a pair interactively.
