Your reasoning is certainly right for you, and I agree on the model C
point in particular (I have the X2B). But were you being sarcastic
about the "commonly available" equipment comment? Carousels,
Ektagraphics and Pinsharps can be bought new from places like B&H and
Reel 3D, for example. Not to mention all over the Internet, on Usenet
rec.photo groups, etc. Stereo projectors are just about impossible to
find outside of our little circle of stereophiles, only occasionally
surfacing on the 'net. New ones will cost you a mint for a Brackett or
RBT.
