Since the subject line is still "Filtering the List," it's pretty safe 
to say Tom isn't reading this. But just in case...

Tom-

By filtering you have missed praise, critique, comments, and challenges 
from me (and maybe others). Since you couldn't be bothered to read them 
the first time around, I can't be bothered to repost them or send them 
to you personally. This is an interactive list that moves along from day 
to day. Too bad you're missing some of the good stuff. Try digest mode 
instead, where it's easy to skim to see if the message is worth reading 
instead of trying to guess by the subject line of single messages. Fewer 
e-mail, too.
