TO answer the inquiry:

The analyph postcards that had anaglyph attached were made by John Balogh,
POB 4434, Long Beach, CA 90804; 310 496 1830.  This info is several years
old, so John may have changed any or all of it.

As for Blocking on this list:
WHY does the blocker have to tell the list he/she is going to block??? Just
do it!! You don't need an announcement. What purpose does it serve?
 
BTW I'm not seeking answers to the above questions. Just making an
observation.
