P3D attn: Houstonions (Houstonites?)

I happened to be looking at a site in Houston tonight, and there was a big
banner along the lines of 

                                              FREE 3-D FIREWORKS GLASSES!
                                                 FOR THE FIRST 25,000 VISITORS
                                                            ON SATURDAY
                                                         Compliments of SuperCuts 

I assume this is some kind of festival in the park - (or supercuts has a really, really
big store!)

Nothing else is said on the page about it (!) so I don't know what they might mean - maybe
drinking glasses with fireworks on the sides?/?
