That's correct.  The images that enter the "PSA Image of the Year"
judging, must have earned an award in at least one PSA Salon.
However, the same image can be submited in more than one PSA Salons
in the course of the year(s) and be "rejected" elsewhere.  It is not
the first time that one of my images gets an award in one PSA Salon
and is not even accepted in another.
