P3D Window violation - call the cops! :-)

Where are the "stereo window cops" when you need them??? :-)
1. "What does a slide have to do to violate the stereo window?"
Nothing! It is not the slide (or print) but the boundaries
of it that define the stereo window. It is the way the image
is mounted with respect to the boundaries (fixed mask with slides)
that sets the stereo window.
2. Making things come through the stereo window does not necessarily
mean a violation of the stereo window. I love to put objects
through the window too but I do it without any violation.
RM, I don't think you understand the concept of the stereo window.
Or the violation of it. This is very important for good stereo
mounting. I suggest that you review past photo-3d digests or attend
a mounting workshop. I'd love to explain the concept but I have done
it too many times and don't have time to rewrite or dig things up.
Also, this is better explained by doing things (like shifting the
chips or prints under a fixed mask) than talking about it.
Happy studddying!
