P3D Last night's OSPS meeting

Well.....another fun and interesting night at the Ohio Stereo
Photographic Society meeting! Mark and I were happy to return after the
summer break.  It was a "full house".....many familiar faces and new
ones as well!  All seemed to enjoy the slide presentation, "Michigan
Magic"......many excellent slides! The "first competition" (which was
"Open.....any subject") of the OSPS was equally enjoyable.......more
great slides as well!  I even entered slides this time along with
Mark.....and though he and I did not "place" or get honorable mention we
did pretty good and each of our total scores tied.....so that made for a
nice ride home. ;) ;) 
Mark's idea of the "People's Choice Award" was initiated and went well! 
Last night the "People" seemed to agree with the judges....but each
competition could be different.  It is nice for everyone (even those who
don't enter slides) to take part! And once again....it seems one NEVER
knows what the judges choose as winners.  
Well.....until the next competition.
