By specifying 4x6 and over/under, you don't leave a lot of 
alternative viewing systems in the running!

With View Magic you gain the advantage of a wider field of view,
but give up something in depth resolution (because the images
are not magnified).

With a $3 lorgnette from Reel-3D I can resolve more depth in print
pairs than I can with the View Magic.  If you are committd to 4x6
and over/under, then View Magic is the way to go.  If you have
leanings toward tradtional stereocard formats, try starting with
an inexpensive lorgnette until you can find one of those $10
stereoscopes at a flea market.  ;-)
