P3D Stereo club in San Jose?

For those who are not familiar with the San Francisco Bay area, it
contains three major cities: San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose.
Oakland is the smallest of the three and is across San Francisco 
Bay from San Francisco. San Jose is now the largest of the three, 
and is on the Southern tip of the Bay. Oakland is the only one 
with a stereo camera club. It is a fine club, and I have been a
member for two years now, but it is difficult to get to from 
those of us in the South Bay. A few of us have been talking 
of organizing a club closer to our homes, and I have been
volunteered into starting to advertise for members.

The format of the club is still up in the air. We could have formal
contests, but we don't need to. At first, we would probably be small
enough to meet in centrally located member's homes. On the other hand,
we could use the Tom Deering approach and meet for dinner once a month.

be interested, please send me Email. A short biographical note would
be nice. If you include your ZIP code, I can estimate the centroid, 
and therefore decide mathematically where we should meet, maybe.
