Mmmmm, I guessed the 40's, though 30's seems to
fit perfectly, too. Now, part of my surmise was because
I though Polarized glasses were widely introduced at the
1939 Worlds Fair (along with Fiberglass and Nylon
..or was it Rayon?) Oh well.
