P3D sale topics -> sell3d

I'd like to move the discussion of selling topics to sell-3d - to me
it seems reasonable that for people who are on p3d for general discussions
of stereoscopic imaging, the volume of sell and meta-sale postings are
probably distressing. On the other hand, anyone who is subscribing to
sell-3d probably would welcome some form of notification that a given
item may be listed on e-bay.

Additionally, since e-bay topics and strategies are probably only of interest
to people buying/selling there, it seems reasonable to me that the sell-3d
list is more appropriate than is p3d. (I'm guilty of posting these to p3d
as well).

The switch will require people to be careful about hitting "reply" - you'll
need to edit from sending back to p3d to be sure to send to sell-3d instead.

Just as a personal point, *I'd* appreciate seeing items listed on sell-3d
before they go onto e-bay, although I can certainly understand the desire
of a seller to maximum profits. On the other hand, I personally feel that
putting a piece of equipment into the hands of someone who is actually
interested in producing images contributes to the value of a sale, even if
you can't take it to the bank :-)
