Thanks for the information and thanks to all who visited my site and
commented.  Special thanks to Paul Talbot and Brian Reynolds who
suggested correctly to disable Java script and you will get no pop
ups.   I tried it and it works!  Only problem now is that you see the
Java script written on the bottom of the page.

By the way, I think Brian Reynolds has a terrific site so check it out.

I have also changed my URL to something shorter and more appropriate.
