P3D VM Errors

Not trivial, I would be interested in knowing this as well. I do know that
in with collectibles, defects are sought after and can be costly. Stamps
and coins in particular. I do not follow VM and their prices, and I do not
recall seeing any reference to errors, mistakes and omissions that affect
value.
