P3D Digital quality

I still prefer film, slides and photographic papers. I have seen high end
digital and although quite good, silver still wins. I helped evaluate
digital for our company, and we saw demos of high end equipment.
Unfortunately, the best images came from scanning cameras; we saw one by
Leaf and one of Leica's versions. They take time to make separate scans
through colored filters and not suitable for the type of work most would be
doing.

Eventually we might get there, but not yet.
