P3D Color print film in a 135 stereo camera?

I recently shot a roll of color print film in my 135 stereo Colorist II,

and am wondering if anyone has had luck in getting your local color lab
to process and print it, being in the narrower Realist format.  Also,
does anyone have information about mounting the resulting prints on
cards for viewing with a Holmes-style viewer?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
