The Realist has a built in stereo window at 7 feet. The exposed area of the film isn't directly behind the lens, it's offset a
bit. Anything shot closer than 7 feet will need to be trimmed (prints) / adjusted(slides) if you mount to the window.
With prints you have the option of trimming away the _bottom / foreground_ and preserving the full width of the picture. There's
