P3D Re: P-3D 3140 judging thread

In my limited experence this is not unique to judging photography. This is a
problem in music, too.  The conductors and band leaders seem to have this down
to a science.  No one wants to perform first thing in the morning or first
after lunch, and even strong competitors flinch at performing immediately
after another band's especially strong performance.  I've even seen solo
competitors go to great lengths to be judged just after a weaker colleague.
