P3D Titmus Vision Tester revamp

I have acquired two "Titmus Vision Testers" along with a Training
manual. Both of these 3D devices are designed for testing 3D vision
and appear to be  sized for an equivalent of a medium format image
size,about 645. Are there any of you fine stereographers out there
that have any experiance with or recommendations on how to convert
these machines to 645 film size and how to mount them in the machines.
Each of them are designed to hold 12 stereo pairs. Thanks     Lee
