P3D 3-DX (Nimstec) Prints

I just received several 5 X 7 enlargements from 3-DX http://www.3-dx.com
made from shots taken with my Nimslo. Though the service was slow, I was
very pleased with the results. I think they are using a new print
material, it has a plain (unmarked) translucent base which allows for
backlighting. Color balance and density were good for both the indoor
and outdoor shots. There were no "line" artifacts, and the lenticular
screen was virtually invisible.

With the Nimslo I find that it is good to get something close in the
foreground (3-5 feet) as the 3D begins to flatten out after 6 or 7 feet.
Now that 3-DX can deliver a high quality print, I'm planning a spring
flowers/nature shoot project.
