P3D New Stereo Camera Page

I have enlarged and reformatted stereo camera page.  It is called "Stereo
Cameras Illustrated", and has 120 photos.  Everything is sorted for
film/plate size and format.  According to K.C.M. Symonds list, I still have
about 300 cameras to go before the page is complete.  Some of the photos
are of my cameras, but the rest were mostly gathered by searching the
internet.  I will be adding more as I come across them.
