I have a buyers guide from 1955 that shows *only* the non-folding one. It
doesn't list a model number but gives all the specifications regarding
size, colour, price etc.

Yes to both. Bulbs were 300W.


The book shows a folding unit made by StereoCraft-was this perhaps bought
by TDC and renamed? There was also a (non-folding) unit made by Taylor.
