Gabriel asks if there are similarities between recording a stereo image
vs stereo sound. I'm proud to report there are none. Hypo, hyper, macro,
pseudo do not share an audio equivalent term. Some common audio terms
like separation, mixing, frequency response, feedback, delay cannot
relate to photography. 
A very general similarity would be to compare a left and right camera
lense to a left and right ambient mic set-up. Two pieces of hardware
used to record a source, and that's it. Now you got me
thinking.......can I use the self timer on my SLR to turn on my audio
receiver? Pretty cool idea, huh? :-) :-) :-)    Mark Dottle

BTW I forgot about panning....same word, different meaning for audio and
video.
