P3D Re: PSSP talk: Barriers to Entry

Now that's just great! You guys have been doing your best to get
Boris riled up just before his presentation at PSSP. Now I hope to
attend the meeting, and he'll be breathing fire and throwing sparks,
while you all are nice and safe, several states away!  :-)  :-)  :-)

I think it's completely appropriate for Boris to talk about the issues
that are of particular interest to him. Whether or not I agree 100% with
his choice of items, I'm sure it will be an interesting and worthwhile
talk. (Not to mention the things he's planning to show.)
