P3D I need some help!

I'm using 2 Nikon SLR's F90X, I think it's the European version of the N90.

I don't know what the problem is. But you can do anaglyphs.
Just some questions as suggestions:
Have you make anaglyph for the red glass on the right or on the left? Try
to invert the glasses.
Have you superposed the red and cyan images on the foreground?
Have you pay attention to redress the tilt?
