I think you should paint the back side of the foam core board
with aluminum paint and then let US know how it works!

Biggest issue I've read on this list about similar projects
was getting "spousal permission" to have a large, flat painted
thing anywhere in or near the living quarters.  Sounds like
you may have at least that part taken care of...
