Well you could walk in and fill out an envelope.  There is a
processing counter near the film counter.  I don't know if B&H does
processing via mail order.  Probably not.

I only know of a couple of camera stores (Calumet and Lens & Repro)
that do not do processing.  There are probably a couple of Nikon or
other specialty shops that also don't offer processing, but I haven't
been into 35mm for a while.  These shops tend to sell to
professionals, with little or no contact with the public.
