P3D chromes @ [price-]costco

I remember a while back someone complaining that he couldn't get
the kirkland[?] brand chromes anymore at his local costco.  Well,
the Senter Road store in San Jose now has five-packs of Elite chrome
100-36exp for $17.99.  Pack is dated 09/2000, fwiw.

It's also apparent that Kodak has made some kind of deal .. we're
down to two kinds of Kirkland C41 film [200 & 400?] with lots of
Kodak [100-800] and no Fuji in sight.  This may be old news, as I
haven't paid attention to the film selection there in a while as
the Mrs. has been buying it for the house.  

This is particularly upsetting to me as I just got back a roll of
K. Gold 100 shot with an old Retina II [not-stereo, sorry] which
showed reciprocity failure for frames taken at proper exposure
levels.  Some in the shade, others in the "shaded" backyard [evening].
FOR SHAME!  I've gotten better results out of five year out of date 
TMax...
