Meggaflash <URL:http://www.meggaflash.com/> in Ireland is
manufacturing the equivalent of new Sylvania flashbulbs in the last of
the Sylvania flashbulb factories. Based on their webpage, Meggaflash
has been around since Sylvania stopped production in the 1980's.
