The 800 phone number is answered 'Qualex'. Costco andTarget just have their
names printed on the envelope, Qualex
does the work. It might just be the lab in Southern California.
Heck, it might just be the employee sorting the film envelopes.
I sent the envelope back, and it was returned a 2nd time with
the work undone. But no reason why. The person answering
the phone had to check why it wasn't developed.
I would love to hear from people who are still getting this service
from Qualex dealers (most supermarkets and drug store chains)
in any part of the country.
