Hi Mark,
	The new Kodak Elite Chrome 200 is known to astrophotographers for its lack
of reciprocity failure.  Of the reveiws that I've read, for exposures
greater than 1 min, it out performs 400 and even 1600 speed film.
Something to keep in mind for those 3d night shots.  
	However, I do agree, for daytime shots, it's pretty flat, especially
compared to Velvia or the Sensia line of films.
