P3D 3d reference on TV

Turner had a TV movie last night on cowboy lawman Bill Tilghman, who is
brought back in the twenties to fight crime again. In one scene, he is
showing his young sons (too young for an old geezer) stereo views of bad
guys shot up bodies. Of course, he's too cool to actually look at them
himself before he hands them over to the boys, which I think would be the
natural thing to do. In this subtle way, you can see that 3d is marginalized
again to an activity for children. Or, you could say that the fact that 3d
existed long before ViewMaster is brought out in this movie is a good thing.
I doubt that the general public realizes this, and any publicity in this
area is a good thing.
