P3D "joy cam" or "I zone"

I picked up an I Zone camera as a couriousity and also pondered the
stereo possibilities. Is the I Zone and Joy Cam the same?  The film size
is similar to full frame 35mm (25mmx35mm).  The film doesn't say size
500, only I Zone. I thought the small format could be scanned to enlarge
to standard stereocard size. Resolution is a bit soft but could produce
an "artsy" look. The camera was $21.95 at Target and film is $5.95 for
12 exp. or $6.95 for "sticker" film. I wonder if this format will
survive. It's aimed at kids and reminds me of the Game Boy camera which
produces those little black and white prints on thermal paper. Has
anyone made Game Boy stereos?
