P3D Stereo at Burning Man

Just returned from that wild desert party called
Burning Man. We had almost 22,000 people this year.

While there I saw:

Five 50's era stereo cameras.
A Toshiba stereoscopic camcorder.
A Nishika
A synchronized pair of SLRs (Nikon or Cannon)
Twined medium format cameras
A Sputnik

That is in addition to what I had:
FED, Realist 45, and a Digital 8 camcorder with Nu-View.

I also ran into the folks from C3D, the alternate
field 3D-TV satellite station. They were taping for
a future showing on the station.

Point is, I have never seen that much stereoscopic
equipment outside of a NSA convention or similar
stereoscopic gathering. Which to me suggests a
growing interest in our hobby.
