P3D Re: Why different?

Responding to George's question "why different stereo cameras of the
same format?" Some personal preferences: I prefer:
1) The Iloca when I want to get "in the picture" (self-timer)
2) Realist 2.8 for prints (no vignetting which is objectionable in
prints but not particularly so in slides); also for prints and slides
using Steinheil Wide Angle attachment
3) Realist 3.5 when bicycling or mountain climbing (it's tough, but if
it gets wrecked anyway, there's always another one available)
4) Revere on sailing trips for its deep lens shades, warmer tones in
the high-contrast blue sky and water conditions, and level horizons with
the built-in level
5) Kodak for low-light conditions (zone focusing and best viewfinder in
the business)
6) Colorist I as a "spare" on trips for its light weight and
relatively low value. I bury it in the suitcase and don't worry about
it. Don't need extra weight in the carry-on but like to have a backup
"just in case".
