P3D VM Personal film advance problems

Help! I recently developed an intermittent (most of the time) slippage
problem with the film advance knob in my View-Master Personal. Does
anyone have experience with this problem? How fixable is it? Does anyone
know of a VM Personal repair person? -Linda
