P3D John Baird

Many of you in the 3d community either know or have heard of John
Baird.  John is presently in serious condition in Truman Medical Center
here in Kansas City, recovering from extensive surgery and complications
from cancer treatments.

I first met John when he started the Kansas City Stereo Photographer's
club a few months ago, and immediately found a friend and mentor in
stereo photography.  John's passion for things 3d is contagious, and was
evident in that when I visited him tonight, his one worry was that
someone follow through in coordinating an upcoming club field trip. 
Somehow, by the end of the visit the task was delegated to me!

I know you'll want to remember John in your thoughts and prayers.  If
