I have stayed out of the "alternative stereography"
discusion until now.  

I know quite a few people that don't go to the local
stereo club because they feel that there "different
than the rest of the club" way of shooting was not
liked, and they were tired of not being on the same
"page" as the rest of the group.

In all walks of art (and life) if you are doing
something different than those around you it can be
considered alternative.

I am shooting my photos (and quite alot of photos that
has been over the last few years) for myself.  I am
finding that most people I show them to don't "get"
them.  Many people enjoy them, but on there own level
for there own reasons.  Because most of them are
erotic or sexy many people only seem to like the ones
that show nudity.  I personally like the ones I do
more that almost show nudity and are more teasing.

I haven't taken any pix of people eating crap, and I
don't plan to.
