P3D Rear screen projection, etc

The reason John Smith polarizes twice I think makes sense. I beam
splitter does not perfectly separate the images. Some of the left image
is always going to come out the right side of the lens and there out the
right mirror port but but using matching slide polarizers the polarizer
near the projection lens will block any of this cross over. I hope this
is not to simplistic.
