Chuck,
I've build myself a couple of medium format viewers. No, that's not
the solution to the ViewMaster problem, but it is a way to demonstrate a
level of confidence that anyone can have. Viewmaster viewers are
inexpensive.
Take the lenses out an old pair of your glasses, grind the "wings" off
the
viewer and glue your old glasses on. Or rig up some other way to keep
them
in place. Easy as can be. If it works, great. If it doesn't, you're only
out a few bucks.
