Sure, Canon F1's. 

But either way, wouldn't this mean re-engineering a considerable portion of 
the stereo camera?  What difference would it really make if the donor 
camera's take up spool turns one way or the other?  If I understand this 
correctly, all you want are the lever, ratchet, pawl & the associated 
springs, not necessarily the complete spool, shaft, internal gearing & etc..
