I would not judge the quality of Yellow/Blue anaglyphs using a pair
of glasses you printed using your inkjet printer.  The glasses may "look"
about right but they probably won't offer the same extinction and 
transmission response as glasses specially made for anaglyph.  Comparison of
your glasses and the SpaceSpex in a spectro-photometer would probably 
show a world of difference.

BTW: if anyone needs to quantify the transmission response of 3D glasses
or other filters, we have a spectro-photometer here and can provide that
service.
